These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between **Ender Travel Adventures**, its host agency **Cornerstone Travel Group**, and you, the purchaser or traveler. By planning travel with **Ender Travel Adventures**, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that **Ender Travel Adventures** acts for disclosed principal suppliers (tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat owners, and other independent contractors). We are not the source or provider of the travel services.

These terms include warranties, disclaimers, exclusions of liability, and may restrict your rights and remedies. ---

1. Use of Services

- You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to make travel bookings with **Ender Travel Adventures**.
- You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings you make, whether for yourself or others.
- All information you provide must be accurate.
- Only legitimate reservations are permitted. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are prohibited.

2. Bookings with Suppliers

- **Ender Travel Adventures** accepts all bookings solely as an agent for travel suppliers.
- Separate supplier terms and conditions apply to your bookings.
- You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of each supplier.
- We are not liable for arrangements you make independently of **Ender Travel Adventures**.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Changes

- You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees related to your booking.
- By providing payment authorization, you agree **Ender Travel Adventures** may process payments on your behalf.
- Chargebacks or disputes to avoid legitimate charges are prohibited.
- Payments must be made in full prior to departure according to supplier terms.

- Cancellation penalties are determined by suppliers; some bookings may be non-refundable.
- All cancellations and change requests must be made in writing.

4. Travel Documents

- You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
- Passport cards are not valid for most international travel.
- It is your responsibility to verify travel documents for accuracy.
- Children and minors may require additional documentation.
- Any discrepancies may result in denied boarding or missed travel.

5. Entry & Exit Requirements

- Entry/exit requirements vary by country. Prior criminal records, unpaid obligations, or other restrictions may affect your ability to travel.
- Consult the U.S. State Department or destination consulates for details.

6. Health & Immunizations

- You must comply with health, vaccination, and documentation requirements.
- **Ender Travel Adventures** does not assume responsibility for verifying requirements.
- Check with your health provider, the CDC, and State Department before traveling.

7. Risks & Safety

- Travel may involve risks due to political instability, weather, wildlife, medical access, and other conditions.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- By booking, you accept these risks and agree to hold **Ender Travel Adventures** harmless.

8. Hazardous Materials

- Federal law prohibits hazardous materials on aircraft (flammables, compressed gases, corrosives,etc.).
- Exceptions apply to small amounts of toiletries or medications.

9. Insecticide Notice

- Some countries require aircraft cabins to be treated with insecticides. See DOT’s website for updated lists.

10. Air Travel

- Your airline ticket is a contract with the airline, even if purchased through **Ender Travel Adventures**.
- We are not responsible for airline operations, policies, or cancellations.
- Check in at least 2 hours before domestic flights, 3 hours before international flights.
- Frequent flyer mileage accrual is at the discretion of the airline.

11. Limitations of Responsibility

- **Ender Travel Adventures** acts solely as a booking agent and has no control over suppliers.
- We disclaim liability for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of suppliers.
- Our liability is limited to commissions and fees received by **Ender Travel Adventures**.

12. Force Majeure

- We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or government actions).
- Refunds are at the discretion of suppliers.

13. Client Conduct

- You are expected to behave responsibly during travel.
- You are liable for damages you cause.
- Illegal drug possession or use results in immediate termination of services.

14. Currency Fluctuations

- Prices may change due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

- You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

15. Travel Insurance

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
- Without insurance, you may lose non-refundable payments in the event of cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies.

16. Changes to Terms

- **Ender Travel Adventures** reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are effective upon posting.

17. General

- Any claim against **Ender Travel Adventures** must be filed within 12 months of trip completion.
- We are not liable for punitive or exemplary damages.
- Class action lawsuits are waived under these Terms.
- If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
